When is the anemone available?

Our growers plant the bulb of the anemone in autumn, so you can buy it during spring! At Greenflor, we are the first to have anemones available: the first anemones are available in the webshop from December, after which we slowly expand our range of anemones until the end of the anemone season at the end of March. Spring come on!

How to take care of anemones?

An anemone needs a lot of light. Our anemone growers therefore often live in sunny areas in southern Europe, such as France and Italy. So put your anemone in the light to make it bloom well. Then its heart will emerge more and more.

How many species of anemones are there?

In total, there are about 400 species of anemone. The Anemone comes in different colours, such as white, pink, purple, yellow, gold, red and orange. There are also anemones with mixed colours. At Greenflor, order as many as 50 different specimens for your flower shop, garden centre or wholesaler.
