How does the search function work in the new webshop?
The search function is the most important upgrade in our new webshop â and itâs fully AI-powered.

For example, type hydrangea and youâll see fresh and dried varieties, plus plants â all in one overview.

The âAssortmentâ filter on the left to show only fresh flowers, dried, or decorative items
With the help of AI, our search keeps improving. The most relevant products will automatically move to the top as we learn from your searches and purchases.

how does the ordering process work?
When choosing a departure day, we now also inform you directly about the expected delivery day. This new communication ensures that you know exactly when to expect your order.
Via the minicart at the top right of the menu, you can already see what's in your shopping basket while you shop. When you click on âview full shopping basketâ, you will see all your orders neatly sorted by departure day. This gives you a clear overview.

how does transportation work?
Because we are B2B specialists, we follow a few guidelines to ensure a smooth purchasing experience. Transportation via our dedicated partners is part of this process. These are our âground rulesâ:
Purchases are made per full sales unit (colli, container or box)
Transport is possible starting from one full Danish trolley (fresh trade) or one pallet (dry goods)
With our trusted European transport partners, we are happy to assist you
Of course, you can also collect your order at our cash & carry in Aalsmeer (NL)
Physical (additional) shopping is also possible in our cash & carry

how can I modify an order?
You can easily make changes to your order via the minicart or under 'My current orders'. Please note: you have five minutes to modify certain items. A timer will indicate how much time is left.
We strive to deliver your products as quickly and as fresh as possible. Our process is characterized by its exceptional speed, which is why order modifications are only possible for a limited time.

how can I cancel an order?
It may happen that you want to cancel an order from our webshop or via a stock connection. Please do so as soon as possible, as our staff is eager to prepare and deliver your order quickly. You can cancel your order as follows:

Subject: Cancellation [enter customer number and name]
Include the following information: departure date, product description, quantity
Tip: attach a screenshot of the order concerned
This way, our team can process your cancellation quickly and we can avoid unnecessary costs together!
