Antonio explains that the peach blossoms are grown specifically for their beauty. "We select the best varieties of peaches for their blossoms. For the trees to grow and bear fruit optimally every year, we prune them into a certain shape every year. The first year the tree grows, but does not yet bear fruit." This careful approach keeps the flowers free of pesticides and preserves their pure nature.
Prune and preserve for long-lasting beauty
"Peach trees give blossoms every year, but fruit every two years. During pruning, you cut off the annual branches so that the other branches can bear fruit. After pruning, the blossoms are bundled in bunches and stored at 1°C. This keeps them beautiful for a long time," Antonio continues. The careful pruning and storage techniques ensure that the peach blossoms retain their natural beauty and can be admired for a long time.
