Olivier takes us back in time and tells us about the development of his nursery. With 50,000 anemone plants, he used to produce 10 to 12 stems per year. However, due to climate change, this number has dropped by 20%. The warmer South French autumns and winters pose a challenge for flower cultivation. Yet Olivier has found clever solutions. He has expanded his range by growing French peonies in tunnels alongside anemones. This ensures that he can spread his harvest more effectively, keeping his flower trade stable.Â
